Can I change PID-controller parameters (proportional, integral, differential coefficients) or disable control loop via API functions or something like that?

I tried, but it doesn't help.
And in other computers it works normal.
What else can be cause of this problem?

Oh, I launched the program from USB-flash and now it works without any problems even if I start V-REP (which I installed few days before) from my computer!
