Hi,
are there any differences between the version of V-rep for Mac and the one for Linux?
For example if i want to use a .ttt file describing a scene built in the Linux version, can I then use the same file in the Mac one?
Thanks

Remove the corners of the field of view
hi,
Is it possible to remove the blu corners of the prism representing the field of view of a vision sensor?
thanks

Re: Wrong field of view of the video
Ubuntu 12.04
...yes, by removing the bottom window seems to work...if there will be further problem I'll let you know.
thanks!

Re: Wrong field of view of the video
Thanks, i tried a different encoder and now it's ok.
Another question: how can I adjust the field of view of the video: aspect ratio, resolution and field of view (in fact what i visualize on the video is not what i visualize on the scene...everything it's a bit shifted on top)
thanks again

Wrong field of view of the video
hi, I'm trying to record a video of a simulation but te output is a video displaying only a small area of the scene (precisely top-left side of the scene). Why?

Image streaming delays from vision sensor images acquisition
hi, I'm acquiring a video streams from a group of vision sensors (cameras) in V-Rep. I use to read the frames through some ROS topics and, afterwards, elaborate the images using the OpenCV library. After some image processing i want to perform some position control on the sensors. when I was using o...

Re: Vision Sensor focal length
now I understand,
so, if i want to use the usual formula to change reference space, from camera space to image space:
\(U_i=f \frac{X_c}{Z_c}\)
\(V_i=f \frac{Y_c}{Z_c}\)
which \(f\) should i use?
thanks

Re: Vision Sensor focal length
thanks a lot for the exhaustive answer...nevertheless i have a doubt: is it the right formula (the one i should invert): \(\alpha=2 \arctan\left(\frac{d}{2 f}\right)\) ?
in that case i should know \(d\) ...but i don't.. right?
thanks again
