Never mind it is solved by copying all the object to new scene. Apparently it only occur in the scene below.

Hello, just want to report a bug I found.
Apparently my pan camera isn't functioning as it supposed to.
Sometimes it works as a rotate camera.

Is it a bug or a graphic card driver related problems

just want to post an update about what i have been doing.
It turns out what causes the robot to move by itself is the inertia the inequal inertia cause the robot to moves in the direction of inertia CMIIW
