Hello Eric,
your videos look very nice. Where did you get the model of roomba?
Sincerely
Matthias

Collada Export
Hello, I have a question to the collada export: What I want to do is to export a running simulation to a collada file via the "Export animation". I expected to receive a 3D movie similar to the one the videorecording function in v-rep produces. But if I import the collada file generated by...

Big robot models
Hello
I am interested in a bigger non-mobile robot than the IRB140 - such as the Kuka KR500 or KR1000.
Could you tell me any source where I can get a nice and realistic model of non-mobile robots? Is there any possibility to get a collada file of robots?
Thanks for your answer.

Re: vrep problem with proximity sensors
Here you find the scene where the problem appears, if the proximity sensor is enabled.
This problem appears always - it is not dependent on work threads.

I use the default settings for the smulation

vrep problem with proximity sensors
Hello, I have a problem or a bug: In some scenes I cannot include sensors, otherwise vrep crashes at simulation start. Proximity sensors are dangerous. I have not found any system or regularity, under which circumstances this problem appears. If I uncheck the box 'Enable all proximity sensors' in th...

Mechanism with Constraints
Hello, I tried to create a mechanism like in your scene "ConstraintSolverExample". You find my scene here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46984583/Constraints_TEST.ttt What is my mistake? I want the Dummy9 to follow the Dummy27 to receive a translational movement of the Cuboid7. Is it...

Bill on belt
Hello, I want a person to walk over a belt. Therefore I want to use the bill of vrep. I cannot make the bill interact with the belt: I expect the bill to behave like a primitive shapes that is set on a belt, but the bill should walk additionally. The bill just stands or follows his path as if there ...

Re: Oscillation of robot with masses
thanks for your hints. I try to improve my scene this way.
Even if the robot has reached a certain point, the robot is not able to keep its position stable. This oscillations when the robot should stand still is are the biggest problem for me.

Re: Oscillation of robot with masses
Hello,
I took the dynamic design advices into consideration.
Is it helpful to manipulate the moments of inertia manually?
You can find my robot here:

Oscillation of robot with masses
I have build a robot with inverse kinematics. As long as I do not put any weight on it, the movement is rather straight and I might see only a few vibrations of the robot's head. If I grip or assemble a little weight, the robot starts oscillating heavily. I am not able to solve the problem by changi...
