Converting to .ttm file

Hello!
I imported an ASCII STL of irb6650s robot by ABB, and assembled it like in IK tutorial (there i did it with 7 DoF).
How can I now convert this model to ttm file so I will have it in my model browser)?

Attaching BarrettHand to LBR4p

Hello, how can i attach BarrettHand gripper to LBR4p robot?
I tried to group/merge the BarrettHand_body and LBR4p link_8, but when the LBR4p starts to move, all the parts of BarrettHand, except the body (that was merged) fall down.
