In C/C++ you use sim_modelproperty_not_dynamic and not sim.modelproperty_not_dynamic.
The latter is used in V-REP Lua scripts only.

Also, in the ODE manual at section How to use ERP and CFM it is said that there is a direct relationship between CFM and ERP parameters, and the Kp and Kd constants of a spring-damper model.

Sorry, I don't have a solution to your robot model issue.

But another thing you can try is to use a customization script to create a ROS node. That would persist across multiple simulation sessions, i.e. the ROS node would remain active after you stop the simulation.

You can find some Lua code for interpreting G-code inside V-REP folder (lua subdirectory if I remember correct). The implementation is dependant on the robot kinematics. Use complementary global respondable masks for the part of the robots that should not collide with each other, e.g. set one to xxxx---- and the other to ----xxxx (where - means the checkbox unchecked, and x means checked).

Why do you need that?
You can have a dummy move with the robot by placing another dummy as child of the robot.

Anyway, path planning functionality is deprecated. You should consider using the OMPL plugin.

Technically, that's not a crash but an uncaught exception. Exceptions thrown in the main thread are automatically caught by V-REP plugins (well, most of them, like OMPL, CustomUI, and a few others) and reported as Lua errors. If exceptions are thrown in other threads created by third party libraries...

I'm not an expert with OMPL, but even with the StateSampling demo of OMPL, using RRTConnect does not call the valid state sampler, so you might have to choose an appropriate algorithm (the demo uses PRM).

The function is working as intended: it will set the specified stateSampler callbacks. You can use simOMPL.printTaskInfo() to verify that the callbacks are set.
