How to simulate liquid viscosity

Hey everyone,
I am trying to simulate the liquid by using sphere particles (primitive shape). Is there any way to simulate high viscosity to that object?
Thanks

V-rep 3.6.2 doesn't work in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Hey, I am trying to open vrep.sh by typing "./vrep.sh" in command line, finally, it first shows some successful loading of plugins, and also prompt of the v-rep window jumps out. But suddenly it closes and says "./vrep.sh : line 33 6396 Illegal instruction (core dumped) "$dirname/$appname" "${PARAME...

Re: Liquid particle spillage check

Thanks! In my current settings, I use sim.addParticleObject and sim.addParticleObjectItem to generate particles, which is exactly the same as in the demonstration example scene : V-rep_grasping_scene Is there a way to (1) count the number of the objects in the scene including the particles? (2) get ...

Liquid particle spillage check

Hi, everyone,
I would like to check how many liquid particles are spilled out from a moving cup in each simulation episode. I wonder whether there are any approaches to achieve that?
Thanx

Re: Implemented model of Panda Franka Emika available?

Thank you Coppelia, so this model is currently under implementation? And if this finished, can I have the corresponding file in advance? Or if anyone else has the implemented model, I would really appreciate it!
Many thanks!

Program speed Python vs Matlab

Hi, I am recently trying two exact same programs one in MATLAB, the other in Python and using them as remote API control. However, I spot a significant speed contrast. MATLAB finishes within 8s, whereas python 30s. The program(inverse-kinematics) has the following feature : It goes through 6800 iter...
