A mobility scooter model running in V-REP. This model uses two laser sensors to perceive the environment and generate control commands that enable the mobility scooter to follow a walkway.
This simulation video demonstrates the mobility scooter's ability to follow a walkway round a corner by detecting and tracking a curb.
