Local Path Planning with the Existance of Dynamic Objects

The video shows the a local path planner applied in a dynamic environment. The human character are randomly set to move back and forth. The top right view shows all the laserscan points and the calculated path. The simulated autonomous vehicle Manta would follow the path and reach the goal (the red arrow object).
