I am interested in a bigger non-mobile robot than the IRB140 - such as the Kuka KR500 or KR1000.
Could you tell me any source where I can get a nice and realistic model of non-mobile robots? Is there any possibility to get a collada file of robots?

The best is to check directly on the robot maker's website. Several of them offer the CAD data for download, including specifications. Otherwise you could also write them and ask for that data. Sometimes you can also find quite nice models on Google 3D Warehouse, but in that case you never know how exact the models are, or based on what dimensions/specifications they were created.
