Hi,
I am trying to get an object with Katana Robot Arm as standart gripper but suppose that there is an obstacle on the path that robot will follow to get this object so robot is not supposed to reach object... How can I get response from robot? I need to get signal from robot, because in my scene robot should touch the obstacle, then react accordingly...

you will have to detect obstacles using one of following methods:

- by using proximity sensors
- by using vision sensors
- by using force/torque sensors
- by measuring the force/torque directly in the robot joints (i.e. motors)
