V-REP + Arduino

I wonder if the V-REP is compatible with the Arduino. I want to create a simulation in V-REP where the simulated robot can bypass obstacles and move on. The same code used in the simulation will be used in real robot. Is it possible? How?

Yes you can do this using the remote API. It allows you to control a simulation or simulation model directly from the real robot (i.e. by the real controller). Like it was done here.
