do you mean the text display as in the demo scene scenes/ik_fk_simple_examples/1-singleIkGroupWithSingleIkElement-undamped.ttt?
You simple need to edit the customization script attached to object explanation.

sorry is possible that i didn't explain correctly my question, i was referring the information window like as we can watch when we load this scene scenes/barretHandPickAndPlace.ttt

You can modify the information/acknowledgment text in the environment dialog.
