Legacy OpenGL UI

Post by atoz » 15 Feb 2018, 13:38

I was wondering if it was ever possible to change the colour on sliders in the old OpenGL UI through the API. I would like to change the colour of the slider at its extremes. I know the UI system has changed to Qt but it doesn't meet my needs yet like the old system (windowless, transparency etc.).

On a side note, it would be nice to have a reference to the old API even though it is deprecated. Cheers

the old custom UI will unfortunately eventually disappear... that's also one of the reasons why the reference documentation to it is not mentioned anymore.
Transparency and frameless options are things that could be added quite easily to the Qt-based custom UI functionality. You can try your hands on it yourself by looking at the source code, or you can also request some of the changes to be added to a future release.
