I want to attach ''hokuyo urg 04lx ug01'' sensor to ''khepera IV'' robot. How I can do it ?

I do not know the Khepera4 model, but normally you select the sensor, the robot, then [Menu bar --> Edit --> Make last selected object parent]. If the robot has a dedicated attachment spot, then you should select the sensor, the attachment spot, then click the Assemble/Disassemble toolbar button.
