Wheels are rotating but the robot is not moving

Hi,
I need a help with the iiwa + ridgeback integration.
I built a robot model that iiwa is on top of ridgeback. To see if it is working correctly, I wrote a simple code to rotate four wheels of ridgeback.
I can see wheels are rotating but the robot is not moving.
I am guessing that I have set the object dynamic property wrong, but I cannot figure out the solution.
I looked through the user manual (http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/helpFil ... ations.htm), and followed all but couldn't fix the problem.
Could you please take a look at the scene and give a little help with this problem?
