Because of torque,force sensor will deform(the stick in sensor will rotate). I enable breaking settings(or set the threshold very big) to make it be a rigid link,However force sensor will deform.What can i do to make it be a rigid link with torque.

yes, this is a normal behaviour for most physics engines. Try maybe with a different engine.
