Hello, I am a beginner and I am trying to get working bill to pick up a cuboid from the high table but it wouldn't, I have tried a dummy-dummy link for the tip of his right hand but its still not working. Also, how I interface V-REP and ROS.

working bill is actually not meant to be interacting with the environment. If you want it to interact, you might have to heavily modify it. Unless you are happy with a sloppy pick, i.e. just a symbolic pick where the hand doesn't contact with the box. In that case, you could attach a force sensor to the hand, and make the box parent of the force sensor..
