i get a detected point when i use simxReadProximitySensor in c client. i want to know the mean of point's member. now i get the third member is valid and the first and second is 0. and in vrep the sensor's parameters, what is the 'back face detection;?

Sorry I don't understand your question. You don't understand the arguments to the function? Which arguments?

In a 3D world, a face has always two possible orientations in relation to the user or camera: front face visible, or back face visible. The same can be applied in relation to a proximity sensor.

i get the returned value is point[3].and point[0]=0,point[1]=0,point[2]is the real distance.so i want to know what is the point[0]and point[1].
