how to use B0basedRemoteApi to start the simulation in vrep？(C++)

I'm new with the vrep and I'm trying to use the B0BasedRemoteApi to start the simulation in Vrep.

I am working with the tutorial http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/helpFil ... ntSide.htm.

I want to know where can I get the file like : b0.dll, libzmq, boost_chrono, boost_system, boost_thread, etc.
