How can I modify the joint reference coordinate system pointing of the robot arm in the model library? Such as the ABB IRB140 series

Hello,

you can modify the robot models in any possible way you wish. You will however need some basic understanding on how objects are modified/manipulated/hierarchy modified/etc.
Have a look at the tutorial section, or the user manual for a start.
