Hi, im totally new to V-REP, so my question is maybe a bit dummy. I'm stuck with creating pure object (icon - cube), similar to cylinder, but without the whole body and also top and bottom. This part should simulate the border of my "iRobot Create". I can create it using the Triange Edit Mode -> Extract Shape, but the type of object is not pure then. When I attach this object to the rest of robot, simulation gets laggy and slow.

Hello,
try always using pure shapes. If that is not possible, try using convex shapes. You can extract convex shapes with [Menu bar --> Edit --> Morph selection into convex shapes...]. Have a look here. Make sure to also read the design considerations 1, 2 and 3 here. Read also the design considerations 6, 7 and 8 if the construction is wobbly or doesn't look stable.
