How to bring in the Tip trarget mechanism to make a manipulator follow a path in Force/Torque mode ?

please try to post more precise questions, or at least post a scene where you have tried to do it, and we can have a look at it.
Are you trying to control a manipulator in IK? And you want the manipulator to be dynamically enabled?
