Dongle Not working

I have purchased the dongle option for V-Rep licensing and it works fine on the desktop I've been using. When I put the dongle in my laptop, however, it does does not work. The light on the dongle is solid until I boot up V-Rep, at which point it begins to blink. I tried entering the associated key but nothing seems to happen.

Hello William,

are you sure you have entered the correct license key associated with the dongle? The easiest would be to copy the v_rep file (the file has no extension) from your desktop PC to your laptop PC. Also, on the laptop PC, when you navigate to [Menu bar --> Help --> Enter license key], does it say Hardware ID (dongle)? (the mention dongle is important)
If all doesn't help, then please send us the displayed Hardware ID.

Thanks copying the vrep file did it. For those who might later view this post the file name is "v_rep" with no file extension.
