Interactive camera network design in VR using V-REP

The main work is performed by VTK (visualization toolkit) but VREP is used as the simulation environment and modeling environment. Using V-REP as simulation and modeling environment made this work possible.

The implementation of this work is now also available in the V-REP VR Interface.

I have moved the VR interface to github: https://github.com/BorisBogaerts/V-REP-VR-Interface

New features:
- Binaries are replaced by a microsoft installer file (.msi) to make installation hopefully even easier.
- The interface is more robust
- Textures are visible in VR
- More example scenes are available.
- The interface contains the implementation of my camera network design paper (also featured in example scenes)
