I am testing the collision response of the robot. But the cuboid I created cannot undergo collision responses with the robot in the COPPELIA. However, the COPPELIA's robots and other objects (such as other robot, grippers) can undergo collision responses.

if your cuboid is not respondable, then it will not generate any collision response. You can make a shape respondable/non-respondable in the shape dynamics dialog. Make sure to also carefully read the section about designing dynamics simulations.
