The end-effector of Kuka should be attached to a sphere so that I can interact with the environment. When I attach it to gripper or last joint via force sensor, the gripper falls. See this picture,
how can I do so? I'm using Kuka youBot model without modifications. A sphere's mass should be very small so that it doesn't affect the robot's dynamics.
How to attach a sphere to end-effector
Re: How to attach a sphere to end-effector
Hello,
not sure exactly about the purpose of that sphere. On which object are you trying to attach that sphere?
There shouldn't be a problem, e.g. attach the sphere to /Rectangle7/Rectangle2 (or also directly to /rectangle7 if you are running CoppeliaSim V4.6 rev8 or later)
Cheers
