I have installed V REP PRO EDU on my HP550 Laptop with windows 8 installed.
But every time i try to open software it stopped with "vrep.exe has stopped working" message. And in cmd type windows a message "Add-on Script 'v-repAddOnScript-addOnScriptDemo.lua' was loaded" is appear.

Please help me regarding this issue.

that is a strange error.
Do you have Simulator launched displayed in the console?
Can you try to launch it with:
and see what happens?

I tried your command. But it also failed to open program.

No, actually that is good: you started V-REP in headless mode, ran the simulation for 5 seconds, then automatically quit V-REP again. Everything looks fine.

So that makes me think your problem is linked to the graphic card, or the GUI.

Can you enable all the debug items in the file v-repDir/system/usrset.txt, then launch V-REP normally and show us the debug output?

I installed the older version of graphics driver and the Problem solved...
