Hi,Marc,
Is it possible the CFD computation engine will be added into the platform,when we simulate the robots in waves and currents?I have 2 requests :
1 functionality which allows to exchange data with cfd engine like fluent ,cfx,etc.
2 provide a framework/plugin for writing some fluid dynamic calculation codes ,epecially for the vehicles the inertia mass and hydrodynamics coefficient calculation.It is very important for robot like AUV to get more infos from the enviroment.

I know that the Vortex engine has some cfs functionality, but that would have to be exposed...
Computational fluid dynamics is something very complex and specific to integrate into a robot simulator. Currently, there is no such plans of adding this, unless we get concret support and assistance for that.

yes, It is indeed complex and difficult to add in this function.Wish the related research will help. Anyway, this simulator is so cool especially in the sensors.It will help me a lot in research.Thanks.
