How to install and run v-rep in WinXP

Dear All,
I try to download and install v-rep in WinXP. The program is installed in program file(x86), I can not change it. but when I launch v-rep, a CMD appear with the following information:
Error: could not find or correctly load v-rep.dll
Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Can you try to install all the service packs for your platform and try again?
