Save rendering parameters (ms-fps)

Post by minisch »

Hi,

I was wondering if there is already a way in v-rep of saving in a separated file the rendering parameters which are appearing in the upper toolbar.

I am referring to these parameters :

I would need to make a plot of them to see how they are changing.

Thanks for the help

Hello,

you cannot directly access those parameters, but you can feed them into a graph. Have a look at the model Models/other/timing info.ttm.
You can then export graph data by selecting the graph, then [Menu bar --> File --> Export --> Selected graphs as CSV...].

Cheers

Thanks for the quick reply.

I want just to add something if someone will have my same question.

1. You have your scene open.
2. File-> Load Model ->Models/other/timing info.ttm
3. Press OK on the dialog window which appears.
4. Before running your simulation you can double click in the scene hierarchy on the freshly added 'timing info' model. In this way you can change the graph parameters like which data to show etc.
5. Run your simulation
6. When you stop your simulation you click on the 'timing info' model in the scene hierarchy
7. Menu bar --> File --> Export --> Selected graphs as CSV
8. Save the file where you want and enjoy.

I hope this will help.
