youbot force sensor

hello..
i having trouble to simulate and read the force sensor applied at the top of the spring damper. i already followed the instruction on force sensor at instruction manual but the problem still unsolved. during the simulation the warning massage shown that the force sensor is not dynamically enable. here is my model link, i wish to measure the force exert on top of the spring damper using youbot.
