Hi. I'm having some troubles with this scene:

I want the small link to follow the target while attached with a prismatic joint to the big link. However when the simulation starts it falls down and doesn't follow the target . What did I do wrong?

I do not understand what you are trying to achieve. What is the purpose of your mechanism?

If you want to rigidly attach the small link to the big link, then simply attach them via a force/torque sensor in-between.
