CoppeliaSim don't start

When i start the .exe the windows open and the windwow stay white. As SandboxScript:info: Simulator launched, welcome!
After a time the windows error report with the exe don't react comes.
System: Windows 10
Need help, thank you!

Hello,
can you tell me what version of CoppeliaSim you are using?
Is the console window visible? If yes, what does it say? If not, you can make it visible by setting alwaysShowConsole to true, in system/usrset.txt

I use the CoppeliaSim Edu 4.1.0 (rev 1) version.
The last Info on the Window:

That looks very strange. There is also no crash. Maybe you can try to move some of the plugins to another folder, and see if CoppeliaSim can then load? (sometimes a specific plugin can cause this). Plugins are recognized at the simExtXXX.dll names.
