Hello,
Today, When I open the CoppeliaSim Edu, it showed :
"Simulator launched, Welcome!
Leaving..."
on the bottom dialog, and then it quitted. I've tried to uninstall it and install again, but it didn't work. What's wrong with it?

I also meet this question. Due to some reasons, I must use the version of 4.1.

But I find that new version of 4.2 can use and old version of 4.1 cannot use, I also hope that there are some ways to solve this problem .

This is happening to me aswell. Is CoppelliaSim forcing updates or do they have an internal-kill clock?

"[CoppeliaSim:error] This release of CoppeliaSim Edu (V4.1.0.) has expired.
Please visit and download the newest CoppeliaSim Edu release from www.coppeliarobotics.com
This release will now stop working."

This makes CoppelliaSim appear very untrustworthy.

PyRep states it is incompatible with CoppeliaSim 4.2.

i have the same problem.

on the latest version of the inverse kinematic menu on coppeliasim even though I'm currently completing research using version 4.1

Are you running CoppeliaSim V4.2 Edu? Then did you have a look at this topic? I.e. simply add:
to <CoppeliaSimInstallDir>/system/usrset.txt
