I want to send path plannig to v-rep from scilab. Is matlab api also useful for scilab, when not how can i build the communication ?

we have no experience with Scilab, but we can provide you assistance if you wish to develop an interface to V-REP. The most important first is to see what mechanism Scilab supports to call shared libraries, since this is also used via the Matlab/Octave/Python interface to V-REP.
