Hi and thanks for the reply. I think I am a step further now. With the 32-bit plugin and the hdPhantom32.dll (from CHAI3D). V-Rep loads and activates the phantom (blue light is on). As soon as I start the simulation V-Reo crashes. The debugger says there is some access to memory denied.
I think it may be due to OpenHaptic (I am using Verions 3.4) with the driver version PDD v5.1.7. As stated befor the phantom works fine in every application (OpenHaptic, CHAI3D, SenseLab test tool).
I am not sure, could the cause of the error be Win 64-Bit ? Maybe V-Rep uses the work library of OpenHaptic.
Thank you so much,
Tobi
Haptic Data Retrieve
Re: Haptic Data Retrieve
Hello Tobi,
I am not sure we can help you further here. Maybe you could try to post a question with the CHAI3D guys, who have developed the V-REP plugin?
Cheers
