I uninstalled and reinstalled Vortex, but the installed Vortex was still "Installed Product: Vortex Studio Essentials."

Could you tell me how you installed Vortex to get "Installed Product: Vortex Studio Academic?"

I installed it normally, alongside of Vortex Studio Essential.
I think the problem really comes from CM Labs side...

Thank you for all the efforts to help me.

I have asked the Vortex people, and they have given me another license key. With the key, I could install Vortex with the academic license. Now I can run V-REP with Vortex!
