I can't open the scene from Desktop (solved)

I downloaded vrep on the new win10 computer, and copied the original scene from the old computer and put it on the desktop. But I can't open it successfully on the desktop. After opening, I find it is empty.
And if I want to save the new scene on the desktop, he will appear a pop-up window "Access to file was denied".
But if all this is in the default path, save or open “ C:\Program Files\CoppeliaRobotics\CoppeliaSimEdu\scenes”. The problem will disappear.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Thanks a lot in advance!
