Hey all. Is there a way to do digging?
if u look closely I think they are doing a hack. at the point of impact they convert part of the mesh to particles. and deform mesh so it looks like it came out of there.
Any way to do it in Coppelia? or workarounds?

this cannot directly be done. Or it would require quite a lot of scripting and cheating, a little bit in a similar way as in the video. Also, dynamically modifying a heightfield won't work in CoppeliaSim: you'd have to remove and create a new heightfield constantly, which is not very efficient.
