Hello,
my platform is windows 10. If I tried to start b0remoteapi server add-on or open some scenes like synchronousimagetransmissionviaremoteApi.ttt, the b0 resolver could not be launched.
From previous topic I got some hints and use console window to debug
b0_resolver.exe -Ldebug
Then I got some messages bellow:
2020-11-15 12:38:02 [resolver] debug: Initialization...
2020-11-15 12:38:02 [resolver] debug: ServiceClient(resolv): Skipping resolution because remote address (tcp://吴帆Thomas:22000) was given
But there is no such solution for this problem in the forum, so I need some further instructions and hope to get your reply as soon as possible.

could it be your firewall interfering?
Try to restart the pc. And try to explicitely adjust the firewall settings to allow b0_resolver
