Hi,
I got a problem with friction, so I have read the webpage regarding the simulation friction.
But I could not understand what the "friction" in the material properties means, even if I read the explanation in the official site.
Please tell me what it means and how it is calculated. Also, I want to know whether is there a way to compare it with the real coefficient of friction.
I don't have any experiences of simulation.
So, it might be a simple question to everyone, but I would be happy if you could answer.

V-REP uses one of 4 different physics engine: Bullet, ODE, Vortex or Newton. V-REP itself doesn't do any physics calculation.
So the friction model will depend on the engine you are using. E.g. if you are using the engine X, then check with google what friction model engine X is using.
