I've never observed anything like that on macOS.
Does it happen also with CoppeliaSim 4.3.0rev10 or 4.3.0rev4?

Re: CoppeliaSim 4.3.0 crashes on MacOS
Thanks, I have rev10 working. The first time I right-click opened and got the message about it damaging my computer, only option is don't run or bin the app. I did it a second time and then had the option to open the app, and now it is working.
In my class I have students running BigSur, Catalina and Monterey. We have a workaround for 4.3.0 with Monterey, but some students have had crashes after the app is actually running. I'll share this tip with the class and see what the feedback is.
I do understand that it is Apple who is making all our lives difficult. I am happy that I can at least run it.

Yup, Apple likes to play hide-and-seek with those security options.
Also keep an eye if the app bundle gets labeled as malware (it happened to me when manually removing code signature directory from the app bundle) as in that case you don't have the option to open the app until you override malware protection for the app (right-click -> get info -> override malware protection).
CoppeliaSim 4.3.0 rev12 might have mistakenly labeled as for macOS 10.15, but instead it requires macOS 12... sorry about that.
CoppeliaSim 4.3.0 rev10 should work fine on macOS 10.15, as you found out. However, macOS 10.15 is becoming obsolete (end-of-life planned for next year) and newer CoppeliaSim releases will require macOS 12.

Thanks for the extra info. Will need to ensure that students are all uptodate with their OS, we have some going back to Big Sur.
