I have the Coppelia software with cloud license but I cannot use the license because it shows me the following error message:
[CoppeliaSim:loadinfo]License: found a cloud license key
[CoppeliaSim:error] The cloud license manager failed with: Proxy denied connection (code 301)
I'd like to know which proxy connection or IP/port I need to have open to license the software. Could you help me?
From Chrome I can access to the CoppeliaSim website.

can you tell me what version of CoppeliaSim you are using? Also, what platform are you on? (my guess is Ubuntu24). Since when did the problem start?

I am using CoppeliaSIM Pro version V4.10.0 rev0, the latest from the official website, and Windows 11.
The problem started when I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
