I am creating a scene where a drone has to detect and notify of any fire, for this I will use the "fire.ttm" model, but for this I need to scale the model to be bigger, how could I do that?

did you try to simply scale the model? Use the isometric scaling add-on in [Menu bar --> modules] or [Menu bar --> add-ons]
