I want to modify the joint value of walking bill model.

I would like to know what do these values for joints correspond to?
What unit?

Hello,

Bill walk via keyframe interpolations. Those values represent joint angles in radians. All those tables are cyclic, i.e. once you applied the last value from the table, you will start with the first values again.
