model size change

I am using the door model that comes with vrep, and I want to modify the size of the door handle, how should I do it?

to just modify the size of the door handle, you will need to ungroup the doorBoard compound shape, the scale the door handle e.g. via the Modules/Isometric scaling add-on.
To ungroup a compound shape, select it, then [Menu bar --> Edit --> Grouping/merging --> Ungroup selected shapes]. In a similar way, you can group shapes into a compound shape again.
